Guest Interview Guidelines & Experience Overview

Thank you for agreeing to share your story on The NADvigators Podcast. We’re excited to feature your journey and add your voice to the growing body of insight, inspiration, and practical wisdom on the NADcast platform.

Our goal is simple: deliver meaningful conversations that inspire action and illuminate the American Dream from real lived experiences.

What to Expect

• Format: Audio and/or video interview
• Duration: 60–75 minutes total
• Structure:
• Main interview (60–65 minutes)
• A short 60-second promotional clip recorded at the end for marketing and social distribution (you may choose your own message or use our provided prompt)
• Conversation Style:
  The interview is designed to feel like a relaxed coffee chat—natural, conversational, and engaging. While we follow a structured flow, spontaneous follow-up questions may arise to deepen the conversation.
• Focus:
  Your American Dream journey, explored through five core domains of self-discovery curated to help our audience connect deeply with your story.
• Publishing Strategy:
  Each interview is typically released as two episodes (30–35 minutes each). This approach allows:
• Strong storytelling flow
• Multiple promotional moments for you
• Teasers that encourage listeners to return for the concluding episode
• Call-to-Action (CTA):
  You are welcome to share CTAs with our audience, including:
• Your work or mission
• Helpful resources or books
• Products, services, or initiatives you’re promoting

Guest Preparation Checklist

Please email guest@nadcast.com with the following:

• Professional Headshot
• Minimum size: 350 × 350 px
• No selfies, please
• Short Bio (50–100 words)
• Highlight what makes you memorable
• Start thinking about one story you’ve never publicly shared
• CTA or Resource Link(s)
• Website, offer, free resource, or promotion
• If you’d like a custom or perpetual link created for our audience, we can help
• Phone Number
• For day-of or emergency communication only
• Completed Guest Intake Form
• Interview Scheduling
• Please plan for approximately 90 minutes total:
• 10–15 minutes pre-chat
• 60–65 minutes recording
• A few minutes post-recording
• Media Features (Optional but Recommended)
• If you’ve appeared on platforms such as CNN, CBS, Forbes, ABC, FOX, Inc. 5000, etc., please share links so we can promote you accordingly
• Social Media Links
• Helps us generate buzz before and after your episode release

Audio & Technical Requirements (Very Important)

High-quality audio is non-negotiable. It’s essential to delivering a premium listening experience.

Please DO:

• Use an external microphone or quality headset
• Examples:
• Logitech ClearChat (or similar)
• Lavalier (lapel) mic with noise cancellation

Please DO NOT:

• Use built-in laptop or smartphone microphones
• Use standard phone earbuds

If you don’t already have a suitable microphone, most online retailers can deliver one within two days.

Internet & Environment Tips

• Use a hard-wired internet connection if possible
• If on Wi-Fi, stay close to your router
• Choose a quiet, well-lit space
• Keep a glass of water nearby
• Relax, be present, and enjoy the conversation
